This simple and easy aloo gobhi recipe is your answer to making the popular Indian dish at home. This is an example of how you can whip up a great tasting dish with simple daily use ingredients. Enjoy!!
Ingredients
  Gobi 250 Gram (cabbage)
  Aaloo 100 Gram (potato)
  Oil 20 Milliliter
  Red chilli powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Turmeric 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garam masala 1⁄3 Teaspoon
  Hing 1 Pinch
  Coriander leaves 1 Teaspoon (for garnish)
Directions

WASH & PEEL THE VEGETABLES THEN CHOP CABBAGE, CHOP POTATO .
HEAT OIL IN PAN THEN ADD PINCH OF ASEFOITEDA(HING), THEN ADD CUMIN SEEDS WAIT UPTO THE CRRACALE.
THEN SIMMER HEAT & ADD RED CHILLI POWDER , TERMERIC, GARAM MASALA & VEGETABLE.
STAIR IT & COVER WITH LID FOR 5-7 MINUNT. THEN STAIR IT AGAIN & KEEP FOR 5-7 MINUT.
REMOVE FROM HEAT POUR IT IN SERVEING DISH & GARNISH WITH CORRIENDER LEAVES.

recipe is good you can also substitute chilli powder with green chillies it dosent change the colour of the dish :) Joyce
