2 Medium, peeled, cut into small cubes (Alphonso Mangoes used)
8 Ounce, cut into cubes (One 8 oz pack at room temperature used)
1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Adjust as per your taste)
1 Pinch (A couple of strands)
1 Tablespoon (To dissolve the saffron strands)

1. In a small microwave safe bowl, take a little milk with a few saffron strands in it. Place in the microwave for about 30 seconds. Set this aside.
2. In a blender, add the ripe mango pieces, cream cheese, sugar and the saffron dissolved milk. Blend to make a smooth puree.
3. Season with cardamom powder and nutmeg powder (if using).
4. Garnish with slivered almonds, if desired.
