Vegetable Raita

This refreshing, cool Raita is simple to make and can be a nice accompaniment to biryani, Pulao or even with paratha.
Ingredients
  Tomato 1⁄2
  Cucumber 1
  Coriander leaves 2 Teaspoon, finely chopped
  Salt To Taste
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Plain yogurt 6 Ounce
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Remove excess moisture from yogurt. Then add sugar and salt and whisk it well till yogurt becomes creamy.

MAKING
2) Add the tomatoes, cucumber and coriander leaves and mix it.
3) Raita is ready!

SERVING
3) Serve Raita with biryani or pulao.
