White Basmati Rice With Turmeric

Ingredients
  White basmati rice 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Water 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Ghee 1 Tablespoon
  Mineral salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Powdered turmeric 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients in pot, bring to a boil, and reduce to simmer for 15-17 minutes, or cook 10 minutes at pressure.
