White Basmati Rice with Turmeric
|White basmati rice||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Water||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Mineral salt||3⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Powdered turmeric||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Combine all ingredients in pot, bring to a boil, and reduce to simmer for 15-17 minutes, or cook 10 minutes at pressure.
