Sandwich pakora

This sandwich pakoda is a delicious snack that you can make with the left over veggies and bread. This batter fried snack is a wonderful treat for teatime and is sure to be a lunchbox favorite too.
Ingredients
  Leftover subzi 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Bread slice 3
  Besan 1 Cup (16 tbs) (gram flour)
  Oil 1 Cup (16 tbs) (For deep frying)
Directions

Cut bread into triangles. Fill them with the veggies.Make the batter just like you would for any pakoras. Dip the sandwich and deep fry.

Came up with this one to use leftovers which, most of the time are an eyesore for me. The dish is tasty and uses up what ever is left creating a meal in itself.
