Haddock With Indian Sauce

Haddock is a tasty fish. One of my all time favorites. This haddock with indian sauce is one that I absolutely love. Tasty and healthy this fish dish is a real treat for the senses. I just love every bite of this delicately flavored fish treat
Ingredients
  Haddock fillets 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Tomato soup 1 Can (10 oz)
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Green pepper 1 , sliced
  Onion 1 Medium, sliced
Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Arrange fillets in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Combine butter and flour in saucepan; blend over low heat.
Add soup; cook, stir- ring constantly, until thickened.
Remove from heat; add vinegar, green pepper and onion.
Return to heat; simmer for 2 minutes.
Pour sauce over fillets.
Bake for 45 minutes.
