Ingredients
  Garlic cloves 8 Large
  Onion 1 Large, quartered
  Ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Cumin 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Red pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground cardamom 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chicken 4 Pound, cut into serving size pieces
  Lemon 1
Directions

MAKING
1. Puree onion, garlic and spices to get a smooth paste.
2. Coat the chicken well in this paste. Marinate overnight or for a few hours.
3. Make cuts in the chicken. Squeeze lemon juice on the chicken.
4. Roast the chicken for 60 minutes. Keep basting pan juices.

SERVING
5. Serve Indian chicken with steamed rice.
