Ingredients
  Basmati rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Coriander seeds 1 Tablespoon
  Hot pepper flakes 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Turmeric 1 Teaspoon
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Cauliflower head 1 Large
  Salt To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl add water and boil.
2. Add rice to the boiling water and low the heat. Simmer 45 minutes.
3. In a skillet add olive oil and warm.
4. Combine cumin seeds, hot pepper flakes, turmeric powder, coriander and cauliflower.
5. Cook till the cauliflower gets tender, keeping it covered.
6. Mix salt.
7. Toss in the prepated basmati rice.

SERVING
8. Serve Indian platter hot.
