Ingredients
  Spinach 2 , finely chopped
  Olive oil 4 Tablespoon
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm), finely chopped
  Cumin 1 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Coriander 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a skillet add warm oil.
2. Stir garlic and other seasonings and spices.
3. Saute for 2 minutes.
4. Add spinach. Cook till the spinach is well cooked.

SERVING
5. Serve Indian spinach hot.
