Indian Chicken Curry

Ingredients
  Tomatoes 6
  Onion 1 , finely chopped
  Oil 4 Tablespoon
  Ginger root 1 Inch, finely chopped
  Garlic cloves 2 , finely chopped
  Green chilies 3 (Seeds Removed Leave The Seeds If You Want It Hot)
  Ground coriander 2 Teaspoon
  Ground cumin 2 Teaspoon
  Turmeric 1 Teaspoon
  Garam masala 1 Teaspoon
  Water 3 Ounce
  Chicken thighs 8 (Boneless And Skinless)
  Yoghurt 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Coriander leaves 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Heat oil, fry onion for 10 minutes
Add ginger, garlic and chili, fry for a couple of minutes
Add ground coriander, ground cumin, turmeric and Garam masala, fry for a couple of minutes, until they smell nice. Season with salt and pepper
Add water and tomatoes, simmer for 10 minutes
Add chicken and combine. Put a lid on the pan and cook for 30-40 minutes, stir occasionally
Add yogurt, lemon and coriander, combine well
Remove from the heat and serve
Serve with white rice and Naan.
