Low Cholesterol Indian Style Chicken

Ingredients
  Chicken breasts 4 , halved,skinned and boned
  Low fat plain yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pickled ginger 150 Gram, chopped (1/2 package)
  Cardamom 1⁄3 Teaspoon
  Nonstick cooking spray 1
  Chutney 2 Tablespoon (Major Gray's)
Directions

GETTING READY
1)Take a dish,marinate the chicken in yoghurt and add the seasonings. Marinate for 24 hours.
2)Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

MAKING
3)Take a baking pan and add the spray.
4)Now arrange the chicken in the pan and bake for upto 40 minutes till it is well done.
5)Now remove and arrange on a platter.

SERVING
6)Add a dollop of chutney.
