Bharwa Aloo Methi in Tomato
|Red round tomato||4 Medium|
|Peeled potato||3 Medium, cut in to small cubes|
|Fenugreek||2 Bunch (200 gm), wash and chop|
|Onion||1 Medium, chopped|
|Green chilly||6 (You Can Increase Or Reduced According To Make Spicy Or Mild)|
|Dry red chilly||4|
|Cumin seeds||1 Teaspoon|
|Turmeric||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Cooking oil||2 Tablespoon|
.Cut tomato on top,and scoop out pulp to make cup,keep a side.
. Heat oil add cumin seeds & crushed garlic and saute for a minute.Add choped onion ,dry red chilies.
. When above masala cook add onion & turn brown add salt,add turmeric, and chopped tomato. Sauté for a minute.
. Now add potatoes and mix well. Cook till potatoes are done.Reduced heat
. Add methi and cook on a medium flame till done and till water is fully reduced.
.filled aloo methi in tomato cup cove with top and cook for 2-3 minutes
in pre-heat oven .
Serve on flat platter garnish with fresh corriender leaf and dry chilly
