Spicy Orillia Green Tomato Pickle

Ingredients
  Cider vinegar 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Curry powder 1 Teaspoon
  Turmeric 1 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Cloves 1 Teaspoon
  Allspice 1 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine the above ingredients and bring to boiling point.
Add tomatoes and onions and simmar slowly uncovered for 30 minutes.
Add 1/2 cup flour mixed with cold water and cook, stirring continually until thickened.
Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
