Poha Bhajee

Ingredients
  Poha/Beaten rice 250 Gram
  Peas 75 Gram
  Tomatoes 75 Gram
  Potato 1 Medium, peeled and cubed
  Green chillies 2 , minced
  Asafoetida 1 Pinch
  Mustard seeds 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Turmeric powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Coconut 2 Tablespoon, grated
  Coriander leaves 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced (Handful)
  Salt To Taste
  Chilli powder To Taste
  Lime juice To Taste
  Onion 1 Medium, minced
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Wash poha in water. Keep aside.

MAKING
2. In a skillet heat 2 tablespoons ghee and toss mustard and asafoetida.
3. When seeds stop spluttering, add turmeric, salt, peas, potatoes and tomatoes.
4. Seal the lid tightly and cook till vegetables are done. Do not add water.
5. In another vessel heat 2 tblsps ghee and toss onions and chillies. Fry till soft.
6. Add poha and cooked vegetables. Cook till poha is soft.
7. Take off from fire.
8. Sprinkle lime juice on top.

SERVING
9. Serve garnished with coconut and corriander leaves.
