Batata Poha

Ingredients
  Potatoes 250 Gram, peeled and cubed
  Poha 250 Gram
  Sago 25 Gram
  Roasted peanuts 25 Gram
  Coriander leaves 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced (A Handful)
  Green chillies 2 , minced
  Ginger pieces 1⁄2 Inch, minced
  Coconut 2 Tablespoon, grated
  Mustard seeds 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cumin seeds 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Turmeric powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Onion 1 Medium
  Curry leaves 4
  Asafoetida 1 Pinch
  Salt To Taste
  Chili powder To Taste
  Lime To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Wash sago and soak in water for few hours.
2. Keep aside and drain out water.
3. Wash poha and soak in milk.
4. Ground peanuts smoothly.

MAKING
5. In a skillet heat 3 tablespoon oil and toss mustard, cumin and asafoetida.
6. When seeds stop spluttering, add turmeric ginger, onion and chillies and fry till soft.
7. Add potatoes, curry leaves and salt and fry for 5 minutes.
8. Mix the sago.
9. Seal tightly with lid and cook till potatoes and sago are cooked. Do not add water.
10. Add poha and mix well. Cook till poha is soft.
11. Take off from fire.
12. Sprinkle lime juice on top.

SERVING
13. Serve garnished with coriander leaves and coconut.
