Very hearty, wholesome and healthy combination of dal and methi together. Very simple, easy to cook but tastes just fabulous with roasted garlicky smell in it.
1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
1 Bunch (100 gm)
1 , chopped
Crushed roasted peanuts
1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Mix soaked dal, tomatoes, green chillies, methi together in pressure cooker and pressure cook until one whistle.
Once dal gets cooked, add besan in it and stir well.
Heat oil add mustrd seeds, cumin seeds, hing, garlic and cook garlic for a minute.
Add cooked dal, salt to taste and cook for 5 mts
Serve hot with roti, bhakri or rice!
