Ingredients
  Cabbage 2 Tablespoon, finely shredded
  Curds 1 Cup (16 tbs), beaten
  Roasted groundnuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cashewnuts 1 Tablespoon
  Raisins 1 Tablespoon
  Green chillies 2 , minced
  Ginger pieces 1 Small, minced
  Coriander leaves 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped (A Handful)
  Garam masala 4 Teaspoon
  Cumin seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Chop cashewnuts, groundnuts and raisins.

MAKING
2. In a bowl add curds, cabbage, nuts, raisins, salt, ginger, chillies and garam masala. Mix well.
3. In a skillet heat 1 tablespoon oil and toss in cumin seeds.
4. When seeds stop spluttering, add curd.

SERVING
5. Serve garnished with coriander leaves.
