Indian Aloo Palak

Enjoy whole goodness of green with this delicious and flavorful Aloo Palak!
Ingredients
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Bay leaf 1
  Onion 1 , finely chopped
  Tomato 1 , finely chopped
  Green chilli 1
  Ginger garlic paste 1 Teaspoon
  Coriander powder 1 Teaspoon
  Red chilli powder 1 Teaspoon
  Garam masala 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chopped spinach 1 Bunch (100 gm)
  Butter 1 Teaspoon
  Potato 1 , boiled and cubed
Directions

Heat 2 tbsp oil, add cumin seeds, bay leaf, onion and fry till onions get light golden color.
Add ginger garlic paste and cook for about a minute.
Add coriander powder, red chilli powder and garam masala, mix well.
Add chopped tomatoes and cook for 2 mts
Add chopped spinach and cook for 5 mts.
Now grind cooked spinach to make smooth puree.
Heat butter and add spinach puree and boiled potato and cook for 5 mts.
Serve hot with chapati, poli or phulka!
