Bengal Bay Chicken Wings

Bengal bay chicken wings is such spicy dish. It tastes hot and spicy. It can be served alone and with rice or noodles as a side dish. Wanna try?
Ingredients
  Cardamom 4
  Cinnamon sticks 4
  Peppercorn 1 Teaspoon
  Chili pepper 4
  Turmeric 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ginger powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Mustard powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Coriander powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Chicken wings 1 1⁄2 Pound, tips removed
  Oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Brown sugar 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Orange juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Peanut butter 1 Tablespoon
  Tarragon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Using a mortar and pestle, crush cardamom, cinnamon, peppercorn and chili pepper, to get a coarse powder.
2. Add turmeric, ginger powder, garlic powder, mustard powder, salt, and coriander, mix well.
3. On a plate, place chicken wings, rub half of the prepared mixture.
4. In a skillet, heat oil on medium heat, add wings, cover and cook for 15 minutes, stir occasionally.
5. Increase heat to high, add soy sauce, orange juice, brown sugar, peanut butter, and remaining rub mixture. Allow to boil, until the sauce reaches a thick consistency.

SERVING
6. Season with tarragon and serve.
