Ever since I remember, I have loved okra and even my little one likes this too. This is the kind of bhindi I love - It is so simple, is not oily at all and looks as good as it tastes! This is a good recipe for beginners as well as bachelors. No need to cut onions and tomatoes and very easy to make. Its perfect crispy and not sticky or soggy.
