Few days back my daughter came to me and asked for small choco Ladoo which my Mom introduced her during our last visit to India. All of sudden she remembered it and asked me to prepare the same. I could not say no to her sweet demand and here is the recipe for it. Ragi Ladoo - Though they look unappetizing but really very healthy and nutritious for kids specially during winter time. Make sure each ladoo has some nuts in it to make it even more healthy.
1 Cup (16 tbs)
1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Heat pan on a medium high and add 6 tsp of home made ghee.
Once ghee melts down add ragi flour and stir for 5 mts. Cook on a low heat.
Now add assorted nuts, mix well and cook for another 10 mts till the time nice aroma starts to come out and ghee starts to loose out from the flour.
Now turn off the gas heat and wait till the time mixture gets cool down.
Now add powdered sugar, mix well and start making small balls from the mixture.
Decorate ladoo in attractive way. Its ready to serve!
