Quick and easy breakfast recipe. No need to spend a hours and hours to make dosa batter. Tastes great with Coconut Chutney!
1 Cup (16 tbs)
1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Take rice flour in a deep bowl, add yogurt, salt to taste and mix well.
Add water, mix and make a thin batter. Add onion and coriander leaves.
Heat skillet on medium to high heat. Pour a tsp of oil and spread it over skillet.
Pour batter and roast till it gets nice golden color.
Serve with sauce, chutney or curry!
