Stuffed Pomfret

Ingredients
  Pomfret 1 Medium
  Coconut 1⁄4
  Green chilies 4
  Ginger piece 1 Inch
  Garlic flakes 4
  Coriander leaves 1⁄4 Bunch (25 gm) (1/2 Small Bunch)
  Lime juice 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Ground cumin 1 Teaspoon
  Turmeric powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Hard boiled egg 1 , shelled and sliced into thin rings
  Salt To Taste
  Chilli powder To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Cut the head and tail of the pomfret. Clean it properly with water.
2) Cut the fish halfway from one side and remove the insides. Wash again.

MAKING
3) Make a paste of all the ingredients except the eggs.
4) Fill this paste into the fish. Place egg slices over the paste and tie the fish with thread.
5) Now, shallow fry the golden brown.

SERVING
6) Remove the thread from the fish and serve hot stuffed pomfret.
