Besan Laddu

Ingredients
  Besan 1⁄2 Kilogram
  Rava 1⁄2 Kilogram
  Ghee 250 Gram
  Powdered sugar 1 Kilogram
  Cardamom seeds 1 Tablespoon
  Almonds 25 Gram, sliced
  Pistachios 25 Gram, sliced
  Raisins 25 Gram, sliced
  Saffron essence 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Khoya 1⁄2 Kilogram
Directions

MAKING
1) In a large wok, roast both the flours separately in ghee until golden colour and then mix them together.
2) Add khoya and roast until it gets light golden in color and gets a runny consistency.
3) Add remaining ingredients and switch off heat. Let it sit for some time and cool.
4) When the mixture comes to a bearable temperature make medium sized balls.

SERVING
5) Serve the laddus when cooled and set as dessert or tiny snack.
