Suji upma is a popular Indian dish
Ingredients
  Roasted suji 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Roasted cashew nuts 12
  Oil 1 Teaspoon
  Soaked chana dal 1 Tablespoon
  Soaked urad dal 1 Tablespoon
  Rye 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ginger 1 Inch
  Green chilli 1
  Onion 1
  Kari patta 6
  Frozen mix veg 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Tomato 1⁄2
  Water 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Coriander 1 Tablespoon (For garnishing)
Directions

Heat oil for 1 min and add soaked chana dal, urad dal, rye, ginger, green chilli, kari patta and onion. Cook for 2 mins. Add frozen mix vegetables and salt and after it is half cooked add water. Bring it to boil. Remove from heat and now add roasted suji. Mix well so that no lumps are there. Add lemon juice. Next add tomato and roasted cashew nuts. garnish with coriander leaves.
Suji upma is ready to eat!
