|Roasted suji||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Roasted cashew nuts||12|
|Soaked chana dal||1 Tablespoon|
|Soaked urad dal||1 Tablespoon|
|Frozen mix veg||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Water||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Coriander||1 Tablespoon (For garnishing)|
Heat oil for 1 min and add soaked chana dal, urad dal, rye, ginger, green chilli, kari patta and onion. Cook for 2 mins. Add frozen mix vegetables and salt and after it is half cooked add water. Bring it to boil. Remove from heat and now add roasted suji. Mix well so that no lumps are there. Add lemon juice. Next add tomato and roasted cashew nuts. garnish with coriander leaves.
Suji upma is ready to eat!
