Instant Cheesy Spinach Dosa

A very healthy and colorful recipe for kids. Instant to make no need to soak rice, grind and keep on fermentation, gets ready in less that 10 mts without much mess :-)
Ingredients
  Spinach 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sooji 1 Teaspoon (Semolina)
  Rice flour 3 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Ginger piece 1⁄2
  Green 1 Small
  Chilli 1 Teaspoon
  Roasted cumin 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Carrot 1 , sliced
  Red pepper 1 , sliced
  Corns 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Wash spinach leaves, add them in to hot water and cook for 8 to 10 mts.
Add boiled spinach in to blender, add cumin powder, ginger, green chilli and grind to make smooth puree.
Take spinach puree in to deep bowl add rawa, rice flour, salt to taste and mix to make thin batter.
Heat skillet on a medium high, add a tsp of oil and add chopped veggies and cook for a while.
Now take out veggies and pour batter and roast from both the sides.
Sprinkle some cheese, add vegetables and cook till the time cheese melts down.
