Rice Cereals (Infants 6 Months And Above)

Easy, simple and healthy recipe for infants.
Ingredients
  Ghee 1 Teaspoon (Homemade ghee used)
  Rice cereal 2 Tablespoon (Made from coarsely grinding short grain rice)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Take short grain rice, using a blender grind coarsely to a semolina (sooji / rawa) consistency.
2. Using a strainer, strain the ground rice to get rid of grain chunks

MAKING
2. In a pressure cooker, add the ground rice, ghee, water and salt.
3. Cover and cook until you hear one whistle of pressure release.

SERVING
4. Serve warm.
