Indian Mango Lassi

A quick, easy and delicious dessert. A delightful combination of fresh mangoes and yogurt. This is very refreshing and nutritious drink. Kids just love to have it at any time.
Ingredients
  Yogurt/Curd 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Mango pulp 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cardamom powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Heavy whipping cream 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 3 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Combine together all the ingredients in the food processor, and blend until smooth.

SERVING
2. Pour the mango lassi into glasses and serve.

TIPS
Using of cream is optional.
Substitute fresh mango by using mango pulp.
