1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Red chilli powder
1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Garlic ginger paste
Juice of lemon
Wash shrimps 2 to 3 times in a cold water. Pat dry using paper towel.
Mix all spices in a bowl, add shrimps, coat well and marinate for 30 mts.
Arrange in to skewers, again coat with some oil and grill on a medium high for 3 to 4 mts.
Flip the side and again grill for 3 mts from other sides as well.
Serve hot with garlic bread, salad or just as it is!
