Ingredients
  White flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Crisco/Vegetable oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ajwain 1 Teaspoon (Carom Seeds or Bishop's Weeds)
Directions

1.Measure 2 cups of White Flour and pour it in a bowl.
2.Mix in 1 Teaspoon of Salt.
3.Mix in 1 Teaspoon of Ajwain Seeds.
4.Mix together.
5.Then, add in 1/2 a cup of either Crisco or Vegatable Oil.
6.Grind together using your hands.
DO NOT MAKE A DOUGH YET!!
7.Then, add in some water, as you start mixing the flour into dough.
DO NOT ADD IN TOO MUCH WATER!!
8.Cut the dough into two seperate round doughs.
9.Take a pan roller and roll the dough till the skin of the dough becomes very thin.
10.Now, with a knife slice the flour into small rectangalar shapes.
11.Have a deep fryer out and have the oil set at a Medium to High range.
MAKE SURE THE DEEP FRYER IS NOT TOO HOT, OR IT WILL BURN THE MATRIS!!
12.Once you think the deep fryer is ready, pour in the Marti.
13.Take the Marti's out when it turns Crispy Gold in color.
14.Set aside, till cool.
15.Best to serve as snacks.
