|Onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Peanut oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Rice flour||1 Tablespoon|
|Brewer's yeast||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Peanut butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (pure, unhydrogenated)|
|Nut milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Tomato juice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
1) In a skillet, heat oil and saute until soft but not brown.
2) Stir in flour and seasoning.
3) Mix peanut butter to it.
4) Stir in milk and gently mix.
5) Cook and stir mixture until thick and boiling.
6) Mix tomato juice and bring to boil.
7) Serve hot.
