Spring Roll Dosa

Ingredients
  Sooji 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Wheat, Wheat Rava)
  Salt To Taste
  Yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Thick, Curd)
  Sooji 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Corn Flavored)
  Rice rava 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Idli Rava)
  Butter 3 Teaspoon
  Corn flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sprouted moong 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped finely
  Soy sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Chili sauce 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Heat oil and fry onions till they turn brownish. Add sprouted moong, soya and chili sauce. Add salt and fry for around 5-6mins.
Mix the 3 types of sooji with yogurt, salt and leave for 3-4 hrs.
Heat tava and spread small dosas. Keep 1 tbl spn of stuffing and fold tightly as shown in the picture. If required, cut it into small rounds.

i think sooji is hindi for meal. so it's wheat meal and corn meal (corn meal is corn flour).
