|Water||400 Milliliter (large pinch)|
|Green chillies||2 , finely chopped|
|Ginger piece||1⁄2 Inch, grated or crushed|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Coriander leaves||1 Tablespoon (a few leaves)|
|Mustard seeds||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
1. In blender, add water, curd and blend well.
2. Add chopped green chillies, grated ginger, lemon juice, salt, coriander leaves and mix well.
3. In a pan, heat oil, add mustard seeds, allow to splutter, add curry leaves, remove from heat and add to the majjiga and cover and blend with a churner.
4. Chill in refrigerator.
5. Serve chilled.
