Mumbai Fruit Punch Recipe - From My Indian Kitchen

What better way to see summer off by having one last cookout and sipping on this fresh, fruity homemade Mumbai fruit punch! This fruit punch is so pretty with all of the colorful fruits. I think it would be a wonderful addition to a brunch, holiday menu or to compliment a light meal. This recipe comes from a a cookbook called My Indian Kitchen.
The juices
  Canned pineapple juice 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Orange juice 2 Cup (32 tbs) (8-9 oranges used)
  Red grapefruit juice 1 Cup (16 tbs) (1 large ruby red grapefruit used)
  Lime juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (2-3 limes used)
The fresh fruits
  Watermelon 2 Cup (32 tbs), diced (1/4 small watermelon used)
  Lemon 1 , sliced
  Limes 2 , sliced
  Seedless grapes 1 Cup (16 tbs), halved
  Orange 1 Medium, cut into wedges
  Apple 1 Medium, cored, diced
  Fresh pineapple 2 Cup (32 tbs), diced
For serving
  Dry wine/Ginger ale/lemon soda 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Ice cubes 1 Cup (16 tbs)

1. Lay out the fruit juices into separate bowls.
2. Using a sharp knife, cut all the fresh fruits and keep aside.

3. Take a large bowl and combine the cut fresh fruits and the juices. Let it sit for about 30 minutes. You can refrigerate, if desired.

4. In a large serving glass, pour the juices along with fresh fruits over ice cubes with a splash of dry sparkling wine.
