Sauteed Brown Rice And Mushrooms

Ingredients
  Minced onion 1 Medium
  Minced green pepper 1⁄4
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Canned mushroom stems and pieces 3 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Cooked brown rice 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a saucepan, heat butter and add onion and green pepper.
2) Allow to cook for 5 minutes.
3) Add mushrooms, brown rice, salt, pepper and chili powder.
4) Stir gently and allow to cook till lightly browned.

SERVING
5) Serve hot with tomato sauce.
