1. Peel parsnips and cut into slices.
2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
3. In a shallow casserole dish, spread parsnip slices at the bottom and sprinkle curry powder and parsley.
4. Pour the chicken bouillon on top.
5. Cover the dish with its lid and bake for about 35 to 40 minutes.
6. Serve Parsnips Indienne with crusty bread.
