Indian Broiled Chicken

Ingredients
  Broilers 2 1⁄2 Pound (2 whole, 1 1/4 pound each)
  Buttermilk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Tabasco 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground coriander 1 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1 If you wish to prepare the broilers on a rotisserie, they may be left whole.
2 If broiling, split or quarter the broilers.
3 Wash and dry the chicken throughly.
4 In a bowl, combine buttermilk, lemon juice, salt, Tabasco, coriander and paprika.
5 Marinate the chicken in the mixture overnite.

MAKING
6 When ready to make, drain the chicken well and brush with oil.
7 Broil in a hot broiler for 15 minutes or until tender.
8 If roasting in a rotisserie, roast for about 1 hour or until tender.

SERVING
9 Serve hot.
