Rice Pudding With Raisins
|Milk||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Eggs||3 , slightly beaten|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cooked rice||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Raisins||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1 Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl; stir well. Pour into eight 6 oz. custard cups, filling each 3/4 full.
2 Microwave 24 to 28 minutes on 5 (MEDIUM), or until almost set in center. If necessary, remove individual cups as they finish cooking and continue microwaving others until almost set. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. 8 Servings
