Boiled Rice Indian Style

Ingredients
  Water 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Large grain unconverted rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a pan, bring the water to a boil and stir in the rice.
2) Cook over a medium heat for 20 minutes, or until the rice is tender.
3) Pour in 1 cup cold water with the salt, then drain the rice immediately.

SERVING
4) Serve immediately with some curry, vegetables or lentils.
