Rajma Masala

Ingredients
  Rajma 1⁄4 Kilogram
  Top of milk 3 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Beaten yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Garam masala powder 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chopped coriander leaves 1 Cup (16 tbs) (A Handful)
  Finely sliced onions 1 Large
  Ginger 2 Inch, finely sliced
  Green chilies 3 , sliced
  Oil 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Soak beans overnight in water and 1/4 tsp soda bi-carb.
Boil till tender and till there are 2 cups water left.
Strain out the liquid and keep aside.
Heat oil, fry onions, chillies and ginger till brown, add in yoghurt, salt and rajmah water.
When it boils, put in rajmah and coriander leaves, simmer till thick.
Add garam masala.
Whilst serving, put top of the milk on top.
