Raw Mango Kadhi

Ingredients
  Raw mangoes 4 (Ones With Small Seeds)
  Salt To Taste
  Fenugreek seeds 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Mustard seeds 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cumin seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Curry leaves 4
  Onion 1 , sliced
  Turmeric 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ginger garlic paste 1 Teaspoon
  Bengal gram flour 2 Tablespoon
  Thick curds 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Green chilies 6 , slit
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Coriander leaves 1 Tablespoon, chopped
Directions

Peel and cut mangoes, remove seeds and quarter, boil in salted water till tender.
Heat oil, fry mustard seeds till they splutter, add fenugreek and cummin seeds, curry leaves and onion, fry till onion turns soft.
Add turmeric and chilli powders, ginger-garlic paste, salt, fry, then add a little water and cook for 3-4 mins.
Beat curds smooth with gram flour and 1 cup warm water, add to masala mixture and bring to a boil.
Add mango quarters and slit green chillies and simmer.
Add a tsp of sugar and chopped coriander and serve hot with yellow rice or naram khichdi.
