|Powdered sugar||400 Gram|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Ghee||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Almonds||20 Gram, blanched and slivered (More, If Preferred)|
|Pista||20 Gram, blanched and slivered (More, If Preferred)|
Sift flour and add milk, little water and 2 tbs ghee and form into a hard dough.
Make thick rotis and roast them, if possible, on an earthenware griddle.
Break them whilst warm.
Then crush and sieve.
Fry, cool and crush gaund.
Place crushed roti, gaund and powdered sugar in a thali and pour hot ghee over them.
Mix in most of the nuts and serve warm, sprinkled with remaining nuts.
