Paneer Chilli Fry

Ingredients
  Onion 1 Large, sliced
  Tomato 1 Large, chopped
  Ghee 2 Tablespoon
  Paneer 1⁄4 Kilogram, coarsely chopped
  Chopped coriander 3 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Garlic flakes 4
  Green chilies 3
  Ginger 1⁄4 Inch
Directions

Heat ghee, fry garlic, ginger and chillies for a minute, add onions and fry a minute longer.
Add tomatoes, paneer and salt, cook on a low fire, stirring frequently for 2-3 mins.
Remove from heat, sprinkle chopped coriander on top whilst serving.
