Ingredients
  Chicken 1 Kilogram, jointed
  Ghee 6 Tablespoon
  Finely sliced onion 1 Large
  Salt To Taste
  Beaten yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs), mixed with 1/2 cup milk
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ground poppy seeds 1 Tablespoon
  Ground blanched almonds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Powdered saffron 1⁄4 Teaspoon, heated
  Whole green chilies 4
Directions

In hot ghee, fry chicken pieces till brown, remove.
In same ghee, fry onions golden.
Add in yoghurt, almonds, poppy seeds, salt and chillies when mixture boils, add chicken pieces and simmer till chicken is done and a thick gravy formed.
