Stuffed Sermai In Foil

Ingredients
  Cod fish 1 Kilogram (1 Sermai Fish)
  Salt To Taste
For finely grinding
  Coconut 1 , scraped
  Garlic flakes 10
  Ginger 2 Inch
  Pepper To Taste
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon 1 , juiced
  Green chilies 10
  Coriander leaves 2 Bunch (200 gm)
  Mint leaves 4
Directions

Slit sermai deep from the side, without disturbing head or tail.
Clean, wash and wipe it.
Smear the inside and outside with a mixture of salt, pepper, butter and lemon juice.
Stuff fish with ground masala and secure with thread or toothpicks.
Grease well a piece of aluminium foil.
Wrap fish loosely in it.
Keep in the refrigerator for a few hours.
Heat oven at 400 .
Reduce heat to 350° and bake fish in a long tray for 1 hour.
Serve hot with garlic butter, lemon wedges and hot toast.
