Hare Massalay Ka Gosht

Ingredients
  Meat 1⁄2 Kilogram, cut
  Oil 3 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Medium, sliced
  Tomato 1 Medium, ground
For grinding
  Green chilies 4
  Garlic flakes 4 Large
  Ginger 1⁄2 Inch
  Coriander seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Garam masala powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chopped coriander leaves 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Poppy seeds 2 Teaspoon
  Cumin seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Peppercorns 3
Directions

In hot ghee fry onions and meat togetner till light brown.
Add ground masala and salt and fry for 2-3 mins.
Add 2 cups hot water and simmer with lid on till meat is tender.
Add tomato and simmer 5 mins longer.
Remove from fire.
Mix in garam masala and coriander leaves.
