Ingredients
  Sheep's brains 4 , clean apply some turmeric on them, and boil whole, then cut into quarters
  Oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Minced onions 4 Large
  Salt To Taste
For grinding
  Ginger 1 Inch
  Garlic flakes 10
  Red chilies 4
  Minced tomatoes 2 Large
  Chopped coriander leaves 2 Tablespoon
  Garam masala powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Poppy seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Coriander seeds 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cumin seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Heat oil.
Fry onion golden brown.
Add the ground masala and salt.
Fry for 2-3 mins.
Add tomatoes and fry till soft, adding 1 tbs water at a time if it sticks to pan.
Then add 1 cup hot water and the brains.
Simmer uncovered for 10 mins till a thick gravy is formed.
Remove from fire.
Sprinkle the coriander leaves and garam masala on top.
Serve with phulkas or chapatis.
