Sweet Lassi

Ingredients
  Plain yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Powdered sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Rose water 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Crushed ice cubes 3 Tablespoon
Directions

In blender, combine yogurt, water, sugar, salt and rose water.
Blend until mixture is smooth.
If not using immediately, refrigerate until serving time.
Fill 3 tall chilled glasses 1/4 full with crushed ice.
Pour in yogurt mixture.
Makes 3 servings. (For 6 servings, repeat procedure so blender will not become overloaded with liquid.)
