Prawn Masala Fry

Ingredients
  Prawns 500 Gram, cleaned
  Onion 1 Large, minced
  Garlic flakes 4
  Turmeric powder 1 Teaspoon
  Cumin seed powder 1 Teaspoon
  Coconut 1⁄4 , finely grated
  Tamarind juice 2 Tablespoon
  Coriander leaves 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (1 Handful)
  Chili powder To Taste
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Grind garlic and rub on the prawns together with salt and turmeric.
Heat 4 tblsps oil and fry onions till soft.
Put in the prawns and fry to a golden colour.
Put in the rest of the ingredients and cook over a slow fire till the prawns are tender and dry.
Decorate with corriander leaves.
