Ingredients
  Bombay duck 6 , cleaned and cut into 2 pieces each
  Onion 1
  Mangosteens 4
  Garlic flakes 8
  Coriander powder 1 Tablespoon
  Oil 3 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Cumin seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Red chilies 4
  Poppy seeds 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Heat oil.
Fry the masala and salt on a medium fire till oil surfaces to the top.
Add in 1 cup hot water and simmer till gravy is slightly thick.
Add the bombay duck and simmer on a low fire for 5 mins.
Serve with millet or jowar rotis.
